Features depend on the installed version and platform. Kraft’s Android/iOS 1.4 release is being prepared; Feed and Apple-specific explanations apply where offered and do not announce a public App Store launch.
App Store licensing uses Apple’s Standard EULA unless a separately approved custom EULA is supplied. This explanation does not override that license or mandatory consumer rights. Google Play distribution remains subject to its applicable terms.
Free local tracking needs no account. In versions with account-free Basic, Basic also needs no Kraft account and works offline after its store purchase is verified. Older installed versions can require an account until updated. Demonstrations/calculations are fitness information, not individual medical advice or guaranteed safe technique. Choose activity appropriate to your ability and seek qualified advice when needed.
Basic is a one-time non-consumable upgrade. Pro Monthly is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Benefits, localized price/currency and period appear in the app/store confirmation before payment. No annual tier, trial or introductory offer is implied.
The purchasing store charges its account. Pro renews until canceled according to that store’s terms. Taxes, price changes, cancellation and refund rights depend on territory and applicable rules.
Basic can be purchased and restored through the device’s store without a Kraft account. You may optionally link Basic to a Kraft account for cross-platform ownership; buying Basic while signed in attempts that link as disclosed before checkout. Linking shares account and purchase information with Kraft and does not upload workouts or enable cloud services. A failed link does not remove locally verified Basic access.
Linked Basic and verified Pro access follow the same Kraft account across supported Android/iOS releases. Sign in and verify/restore to use account-based access; Pro requires an account and backend verification. Google and Apple sign-ins with the same verified email may automatically open the same Kraft account. For different emails or Apple’s Hide My Email, connect the other method from the existing account before switching. Deliberately connecting another provider is not a way to merge separate Kraft accounts or transfer ownership to another person.
Confirmed refunds or revocations can end the corresponding Basic access. Basic has no recurring verification deadline; store/backend outages do not remove a previously verified Basic unlock. Pro access remains subject to subscription state and bounded verification freshness. Older Google purchases may need one Android restore before iPhone refresh works. Reinstallation or a new device can require an online store restore or account retrieval.
Manage through the billing store: Apple or Google Play. Deleting your app/account, signing out or disabling cloud features does not cancel billing or request a refund. Cancellation normally stops future renewal, not deletes training data; store rules and mandatory rights apply.
Do not delete/recreate an account to recover a purchase. Automatic Apple rebinding to a new Kraft account is unsupported; contact support first.
You control records you enter/export. Sync and online backups are separate optional services with applicable sensitive-data consent. Backup encryption happens on-device; sync rows are readable by the service to merge changes.
In versions with routine sharing, Basic or active Pro permits exporting routine templates and adding received routines; previewing a received file is free. This local file flow does not require a Kraft account or transfer a paid entitlement. Routine files are readable and include exercise instructions and notes, with target weights off by default unless selected. Review that content before sharing. A recipient’s import adds a new routine rather than replacing their history. Chosen file/messaging providers handle their copies separately. Sharing does not enable cloud services; an imported routine follows any Pro sync consent already enabled on that device.
Save your recovery code. Kraft cannot reconstruct a lost key. Sign-out retains it; account deletion attempts local cleanup but cannot erase codes/files on other devices or destinations.
These explanations promise neither uninterrupted service nor loss-proof backup. They do not exclude non-waivable consumer or privacy rights. The privacy policy describes processors, retention, withdrawal and deletion. Store content ratings do not replace applicable consent or contract-capacity requirements.
Feed is an optional service for sharing selected workouts with mutual friends. Participation requires a separate display name and acceptance of these community rules. Current Pro is required for browsing friends’ posts and new social activity. Once Pro has been verified for an account, own-content management, removal, blocking/reporting and leaving Feed remain available after expiry. Existing posts remain visible to eligible friends until deleted or the owner leaves Feed. Hiding Feed changes visibility and notification preferences; it does not delete existing posts or cancel billing.
Share only content you have the right to use. Do not post harassment, hate, bullying, threats, sexually explicit or exploitative material, spam, scams, or someone else’s private information without permission. Do not impersonate another person, evade a block or social restriction, or encourage dangerous conduct. These rules cover profile names/pictures, post text and comments as well as workout content.
By deliberately posting, you ask Kraft to store and display that content to the permitted audience and process it to operate the requested service and moderation. New friends can see older shared posts. Workout-detail and saving controls determine what friends can see or import; an allowed save creates the recipient’s independent routine without the logged loads. Later deletion, friendship removal or changed permission cannot recall saved copies, screenshots or content already received elsewhere. Private History edits do not automatically rewrite a published snapshot.
Report objectionable posts, comments or profiles from their menus and block unwanted contacts. Kraft maintains a private moderation queue and may remove content or restrict a social account when these rules are breached. Leaving and recreating a Feed profile does not remove another person’s block or an operator restriction. Filtering and reports do not guarantee that every objectionable item is prevented. Contact support@kraftlift.com for moderation concerns or to question a decision. Report evidence and outcomes have limited separate retention as described in the privacy policy; reporter identity is not shared with the reported person.
Using Feed does not require enabling workout sync or online backup. Feed is not end-to-end encrypted. A post author is responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions and any other text they choose to share. The privacy policy explains social profiles, invitations, notifications, data access, retention and deletion.
